Could not figure out where there was Hot Water for the packets of hot chocolate in the waiting room. Coffee was fine.Completely satisfied with my 2 years dealing with SHORKEY and ease of Service scheduling and quick in and out day of service.. Tori was very profesional, and when I mentioned I would go to waiting room to get my wife who was a recent stroke person, she said your car will be waiting at the door to get her in.Very Great Lady TORI.

The techs were all very nice, the appointment went quickly, and I was very happy with my car when I got it back. They did a super wash job too, really happy with the appointment.the tech was super nice. Took excellent car of my car, gave us paperwork explaining everything they did. I was super satisfied.

Fixed my recall fast

The detailing on the car was less than expected. The tops of the side windows were dirty inside lowest part of doors on inside dirty and after opening lift gate the top inside area and down to tail lights very dirty. The outside of auto was immaculate.The time frame was a little longOverall the trip was very good.Was treated well after 1 st contact
