I dropped off and picked up after hours so i don’t know about the waiting area.It still wasn’t fixed.Car didn’t produce heat on the passenger side. after $150 diagnostic , and flushing the coolant system it still didn’t work. I was told the heater core could be the problem at a cost of around $2,500 but i got the impression that they didn’t want to do that.I don’t like scheduling on line, i would have preferred to talk to someone but after multiple attempts to call and schedule service and no one answered the phone, i felt i had to use the online tool.
