Mariah was great to work with! We came back in January but decided to wait and decide if we were going to trade our vehicle in or keep it. She followed up with us and we told her we didn’t to wait and she was good with that. Mariah did not try to pressure us. When you walk into the dealership it’s such a great atmosphere everyone was friendly and approachable. Mariah was patient with us even though I thought I knew what I wanted but then changed my mind ,she was than accommodating. This is our fourth vehicle bought from Jim Shorkey and this experience will definitely keep us coming back. We will absolutely be sure to tell anyone who will listen to reach out to Mariah! I didn't have a appointment my low tire pressure light was on so I just stopped in and was very pleased they took my car in found that I had picked up a nail and plugged my tire Tori was very nice and helpful!

Honestly I have absolutely nothing bad to say AT ALL! Our salesperson was Jen, and she is a down right right rockstar! Professional, knowledgeable, personable, able to mold herself to the client, and my kids love her! My youngest daughter can’t wait to see her again! Jen made the entire car buying experience feel like a casual day hanging around a friend! Definitely sharing my experience as often as possible! Give that girl a raise!Everyone was extremely nice, but our salesperson was simply FANTASTIC!!!!!!
