Gwy better seating in your waiting room!!! The chairs at the unintown mitsubishi service dept are worn and sit way to low for a person my age to get out of!!!!Because I can't count above 9?

All the staff was on point and made you feel like there family. all areas were very clean. One big thing for me is the Saturday appointments this makes it so much easier to get my cars services. The last thing is I love the coupons you send me. Don't know if I can get some for my wife ford car.I love Jim Shorkey. I always got my cars off of C-harper but no more and will be bring my wife Ford to get services. They charged my wife $110.00 for just and oil change and took 2 hours to do so.

If your in the market for a new car, this is the dealership to come too. My sales consultant, Jen Davis was wonderful.I worked with sales consultant, Jen Davis. I felt that she listened to what I wanted in a vehicle, got me the car payment that I wanted and overall made my car buying experience, great.

Time management was a factor, took too longDidn't use the website too muchSalesman was very educated on the outlander and did a wonderful job. When the managers got involved to see "what they could do" for pricing etc it took too long. I spent 2 days there negotiating for something that could have been done on the first day. Everyone was very nice it was just a time factor.
