NANoneMy problem was not resolved.I am told by the service advisor that it cannot be duplicated however, it does it more often than not for me.NAI have no additional feedback. My complaint has not been resolved. I will be looking to take my vehicle to another Mitsubishi dealership for repair.NoneNone

When I went in to get my car serviced, I was rather agitated and more than likely less than a pleasant customer, however John at the service desk, was able to understand my agitation and turn the situation around. He was able to explain some gaps in my information when buying a Mitsubishi, as well as informed me about what my car may need as well as worked with me on pricing going as far as looking for offers that I qualified for after explaining my situation. It felt as though he truly took time to understand where I was coming from, especially in today’s society the importance of slowing down a little bit to understand somebody cannot be emphasized enough.

Had the AWC checked as it was not working. Sliding all over the road in the snow. Was told the tire tread was 40% on the back tires with only 15,400 miles in the car. Purchased not even 1 year ago new driven off the lot.Tech said that is weird to have such poor tread.Booked a Saturday morning due to a 2 hour update on a recall that was not done
