Not crazy about automated system. I prefer to speak with someoneI was without a car for 2 days. Had to inconvenience Someone to get me to and from work for 2 days. Also to get me to the dealership and back. I wish Jim shorkey would have a larger fleet of courtesy cars. There were none to be had. It's a 50 minute drive to the dealership one way. Very inconvenientService had my car for 2 days, but problem could not be duplicated. Not blaming anyone.After the inconvenience of not having a car for 2 days, I thought it might have been washed for meI would have appreciated a loaner vehicle.When cars in for service, no rental cars available

They do a great job in the service department. The Mitsubishi has some things that I feel don’t work correctly that have not been resolved and they keep saying it’s my phone because it won’t connect right

naI was happy that they finally fixed the battery issue, not so happy that my odometer reading in battery position now reads incorrect.I had to ask them to reset the maitenance reminder.

I have a warranty repair that they did not have the part. They said it would be about a week for it to come inJust waiting to hear that the part is in so I can get my car fixed.I am always treated well while there.

My husband had to go out at least 3 times to find out when it would be done. At one time was told another hour. This was before the safety meeting that turned it into over 2 hours more wait.The car wash is always closed.

When i arrived the one time to drop my car off, they said I had no appointment when I could clearly see my name in appointment book which I pointed out to themFineDidn't hear from them in almost a month. Not one call just saying what they needed to do or if they needed to order parts.Service provider? HA! ladt time i was there, I was told whoever the service provider is, they would be there on my scheduleddate so they could deal directlyaith due to all the trouble this has been for me. Nope. Wasnt there. Asked where they were and was told it was Their day off. It was a Saturday I get it but you said you would be there. I wasn't shocked at all though. I really wish I could bring someone with me so they could see that I'm not making this upIf it wasn't for the warranty, I would never bring my car here again.When they said I had no appointment which I did, they said they had no rental even though I was told I would have one.
