Had the AWC checked as it was not working. Sliding all over the road in the snow. Was told the tire tread was 40% on the back tires with only 15,400 miles in the car. Purchased not even 1 year ago new driven off the lot.Tech said that is weird to have such poor tread.Booked a Saturday morning due to a 2 hour update on a recall that was not done

Not crazy about automated system. I prefer to speak with someoneI was without a car for 2 days. Had to inconvenience Someone to get me to and from work for 2 days. Also to get me to the dealership and back. I wish Jim shorkey would have a larger fleet of courtesy cars. There were none to be had. It's a 50 minute drive to the dealership one way. Very inconvenientService had my car for 2 days, but problem could not be duplicated. Not blaming anyone.After the inconvenience of not having a car for 2 days, I thought it might have been washed for meI would have appreciated a loaner vehicle.When cars in for service, no rental cars available

They do a great job in the service department. The Mitsubishi has some things that I feel don’t work correctly that have not been resolved and they keep saying it’s my phone because it won’t connect right

naI was happy that they finally fixed the battery issue, not so happy that my odometer reading in battery position now reads incorrect.I had to ask them to reset the maitenance reminder.
