I have a warranty repair that they did not have the part. They said it would be about a week for it to come inJust waiting to hear that the part is in so I can get my car fixed.I am always treated well while there.

My husband had to go out at least 3 times to find out when it would be done. At one time was told another hour. This was before the safety meeting that turned it into over 2 hours more wait.The car wash is always closed.

When i arrived the one time to drop my car off, they said I had no appointment when I could clearly see my name in appointment book which I pointed out to themFineDidn't hear from them in almost a month. Not one call just saying what they needed to do or if they needed to order parts.Service provider? HA! ladt time i was there, I was told whoever the service provider is, they would be there on my scheduleddate so they could deal directlyaith due to all the trouble this has been for me. Nope. Wasnt there. Asked where they were and was told it was Their day off. It was a Saturday I get it but you said you would be there. I wasn't shocked at all though. I really wish I could bring someone with me so they could see that I'm not making this upIf it wasn't for the warranty, I would never bring my car here again.When they said I had no appointment which I did, they said they had no rental even though I was told I would have one. I had themcall the shop manager and then all of a sudden, they had a rental

My sales person Bree was very impressed informative and quick to get back to me on my inquiry. Finance wasn’t pushy and was very accommodating to wanted on my loan. Very good experience and I’ll do business with this dealership again.
