I wasnt less than satisfied, was just routine.Vehicle has scuff marks that need attention by a professional also has defective shell casing on passenger door outer mirror.Not any fault of the sales person.The online advertisment is what brought us into this dealership.Manny Padilla is the reason we perchased the vehicle that evening.We had no intention of buying a vehicle that day, we were looking.!!The detail shop isnt very on the ball.They had 4 days to go over the vehicle before we picked it upWe seen issues as soon as we looked it over before finalizing payment.We have to return to dealer to have some issues resolvedOur Sales Rep, Manny Padilla was very knowledgable about the vehicles we were interested in. His ability to get us in a vehicle to test drive and show us all the features was both comfortable and educational. He is a smart young man and doesnt pressure you into making a purchase. He is a pleasure to work with. I can say in 50yrs of buying vehicles he is the first salesperson i have actually liked.!!Wasnt less than satisfied.Was standard

No quality amenities were offered. Guest WIFI was horrible and caused delays in the process due to my inability to access the WIFI to obtain information required.The review of features could have been more detailedNathan did a good job through the sales process.It took an excessive amount of time to prepare the paperwork for me to meet with the financing individualTreated professionallyThe car sale price on the web site was misleading and was not a true representation of the price offered for the car. The web price included all rebates which was obviously not available to me.

I wish I could get coupons to use at this dealership. I only get them for Ricart Mitsubishi, where I will never go.They treat me right and I always feel welcomed when I come.

No real concerns orSticky residue I. The windows and fenders from shipping protective materialClean the vehicles prior to delivery to customersIt was a great experience, very helpful. Just wish they would have cleaned the sticky residue of the windows. But I understood since it was a rainy day

Everything from scheduling my service appointment with Amanda, to checking out with John. It was an easy process from beginning to end, and I was well informed each and every step. I dropped my car off at 8:30 - got a ride to work with Bob (who is just as awesome, by the way) and he picked me up when my car was ready! Even when user error prevented me from tuning my radio correctly, Rob jumped in to help. Definitely would recommend the service department at Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi!

I had a 10 am appointment and was even early, but my car wasnt started till 10:20, for simple oil and filter change..busy place, and no real signs telling where to check in.I was treated like just another number,, get the keys and keep on going.no wash/rinse off.. Ross park did a quick wash when taken there. no such thing at your shop.slow the pace and give folks good service.. if there is a good reason that the appointment cant be met by the shop let the customer know why.. I dont plan to go back to the yOUNGSTOWN SHOP AGAIN..I had questions about the service , but had no opertunity to ask them.. too busy at the counter.service area was not set up with andy thing letting me know witch counter to stop at.. I stood at one while your folks were talking to one another

Nathan Binnie is a keeper and hope he is there when I need another car.Called the dealership on a Tuesday and set up an appointment for Wednesday at 10 am. Got there and was greeted by Nathan Binnie. Yes with a strong handshake and smile. Had told him on Tuesday what we wanted and lo and behold, the car was waiting for us. That’s service. After the few problems we had, we drove out of the dealership with our new car within five hours of arrival. Now to me that’s service.
