I had an appointment card for 3/19/26, at 11 am, to see Dr. Anita Bhot. Upon arrival, I was told I didn’t have an appointment on that day. When I showed my card to office tech, that showed I had an appointment written on the card for 3/19/26, she said i could make another appointment! I told her I would not have written it on my calendar for nothing! She didn’t even apologize! This was very stressful for me, not to mention my effort to make the drive, pay bridge toll, and gas for my car. And this has happened before! Needless to say, I was angry and didn’t feel like I was in good hands! So I cancelled any future appointments and found someone else!

I really like the care I receive but the clinic is based in Concord and I reside in Sacramento. Would not recommend to friends who would want face to face care
