Avery Wong is leaving Jiva Health! I am very upset about it. Jiva Health should treated him better!! No one has suggested a new doctor for me. Jiva Health should have done that if they cared about me!!

There's something wrong with communication. I haven't lived in, or been in California for almost a year now. I've already notified Dr Imran's staff of this multiple times, both by phone and through the MyChart system. Yet I am still getting robocalls and appointment reminders. So it's not possible that I visited Jiva Health recently.

I’ve been hung up onEmails have been closed out to where I can not reply to any more that where not finshed sharing informationI’ve left plenty of voicemails that never got returned it got so bad I just showed up at a office to make a appointment since none of your staff could answer a phone call or return a message
