Actually, when asked if I could come in the same day I called, I was told yes.The rep who dealt with me was professional. Service was dealt with in reasonable time.

Unfortunately, It is pretty far away from me and the only Mitsubishi dealership that could accommodate me in the Milwaukee area.See previous commentsIt was a little weird. I had asked if an emission test could be done in addition to the 2 recalls that had to be completed. The crew was very happy to make sure that it was also done. But, when I retrieved my car, I asked if emission test was done and all Freddie would say is paperwork is in the car. Wait, What? I asked twice and received the same answer. When I opened my car door, I found the paperwork stating that I had passed my emissions.I walked into the service area and was met by Freddie, my service tech. He had a hard time finding my information. Luckily, Chris was there and knew what may or may not have happened.

Chris took the time to explain the purpose of the recalls and got them completed during my service visit.Checked vehicle history during my maintenance service and found two recalls needed to be performed and completed those at the same time.

When it was timeFor my car to be looked at one of the employees hit the front of my carDidn’t get a detail clean or car wash if that’s what they are asking.

no waterno car wash and seat not in original position that's understandablethe service auto service was ok but it took a long time to get ian answer on terminating a a Service from Mitsubishi that I didn't want to renew
