This place was great. The only thing I didn’t like was when I went there the first time I was told I may have to take an xray my insurance doesn’t cover for $350 if the surgeon decides I need it after looking at my initial x-rays. I left, and when I come back for the appointment the nurse immediately called me back for an xray before even seeing the surgeon. It was the $350 my insurance didn’t cover. I wasn’t prepared to pay that without being told about it first. It would’ve been nice if the nurse told me first so I could’ve prepared before I went back to the front desk and was shocked I had to pay out of pocket without a warning. Besides that, the surgery and aftercare was great. The nurse who sat in with my surgery was very very friendly and relived a lot of anxiety and stress for me.

It was painless. He called me later to see how I was doing. Great care.

I have all ways experienced excellent care from Dr. Fain and his entire staff.

I wasn't very happy about waiting 45 minutes for a 10 am appointment especially since no other patients were there.

Dr. Bashoura and his dental assistant were incredible. As someone who has past dental trauma and has difficulty with any kind of dental work, they made me feel very safe and comfortable. They were both very down to earth and kind, which I really appreciated. I promised Dr. Bashoura I would take better care of my teeth so I don't have to come back, but if I ever had to, I would come back here in a heartbeat. Genuinely, thank you all for all you do. It may not seem like it sometimes, but you really help people and save lives.
