I cannot give a 10 for question 6 becuase the person who brought me back to the room seemed like she had an attitude and was very annoyed with any questions I asked, annoyed to the point I got an attitude back. I understand people have “off” days, but as the first person your patient interacts with before a procedure, they need to set their problems aside and be more professional. Other than that employee the experience with your facility was good and your office staff kind and the team in the room where the procedure occurred were very nice.
