maintenance /service excellent

Calvin (Maintenance) was great. Not only did he check the operation of our Washer/Dryer, he also took the time to review all of the functions and maintenance required.Without exaggeration, he was at our door 5 minutes after I sent in the repair request.I moved in 2 weeks ago and have found the maintenance team, the leasing team, and the front desk team extremely helpful and pleasant.

Maintenance requests are always addressed speedily; overall condition of the whole building is maintained at a very high level; staff are always friendly and helpful

I didn’t receive any instructions on how to get my keys and I was constantly following up with the leasing office. Once I did get my keys, things were fine until move in day (2 days later) where my key fob didn’t work at all and caused a huge problem getting into the building, the problems with the elevator, getting into my apartment and messed everything up. What a huge disappointment. Seriously. I couldn’t even stay at my new apartment my first night because of this issue and had to stay with a friend.

No issues. Service was great!
