We love our apartment and are pleased with the building overall. The staff are very helpful and responsive. The onboarding process can be improved. Specifically, how to coordinate the loading dock and freight elevator (did not know with front desk) on moving day, TV connections (Ethernet), how to dispose of bulk trash, setting up autopay (staff had issues with mine as well), and despite a number of requests prior to move-in, our pantry was not built-out. All that said and done, we are still very happy.

The front desk staff: Everyone is wonderful, friendly and helpful! The only inconvenience has been when deliveries arrive after hours-if the person is in the bathroom or elsewhere, the delivery can’t be made. Maintenance: This is one of the best maintenance teams I’ve ever experienced. Rob and his team are extremely responsive, friendly, respectful of my space, and do good work. Can’t say enough good things. Office staff: I had a rocky start when going through my leasing process, but since moving into the building, the team has been great to work with. Alexia has been wonderful! Building/apartment overall: The building and amenities are beautiful! My only complaint is the temperature regulation and lack of fresh air. The windows in my apartment only open outwards about 2 inches, and because the windows are recessed, it doesn’t allow for any flow of fresh air. I’ve tried putting fans in/out the window, but it doesn’t help. The building it kept very warm, so the temp of my apartment hovers around 73-74 degrees. During the day that’s fine, but at night I’m needing to run my air conditioning when it’s less than 30 degrees outside, which feels unnatural. I haven’t received my utilities bill yet (I moved in less than a month ago), but I’m curious to see how this impacts my expenses.

Naasir was one hundred percent the reason I got across the finish line & now live @ Josephine. I’ve never dealt with the application process before and was quite frustrated trying to source documents that I did not have access to while traveling for work. He was super helpful, patient, professional, and available. Answering all of my calls and late night texts. The loading dock & freight elevator were also super convenient during move in!! Kudos to Naasir.
