We only moved into our apartment a few months ago and unfortunately, the apartment has not held up very well. Lights out, smoke detector batteries dead, molding falling off, and bathroom flooding have surprised us, since we are the first tenants and are motivated in keeping the apartment as new-appearing as possible. The Wifi routinely failing is unacceptable. My friend living at the Jessup told me that her building also uses Whitesky and that it has been out for over a week. I would recommend canceling Whitesky and allowing tenants to chose their own Internet providers. The staff at the Josephine has blown us away -- Ivory, Joe, Aron, Calvin, Cleo, and others whose names I do not know take care of us. We are grateful for them every day! The facilities at the Josephine are also very nice. The cleaning staff and other tenants keep the common spaces very clean and functional. I also have enjoyed meeting neighbors in the building.

So many issues living at the Josephine including but not limited to horrible internet, non functional AC, build issues in the apartment, walls that are too thin, windows that let in all the outdoor noise, dogs that run amok, etc.

Excellent from the staff very qualified caring and pleasant to live with. The thoughtful day special events, various goodies on a regular basis is extremely appreciated! Amenities especially the pool are magnificent! I love living here and recommend it highly without reservation.

Wi-Fi has been a big issue. With the latest approach of satellite backup when WiFi goes down, we’ll see if that is a solution.
