Hi, in general the place is great but communication is a persistent problem. This one was kinda weird - I asked for pretty simple service (turn up the heat on the hot water heater now that the ambient water is colder and it's hard to get the shower hot enough). I don't think there was any service performed, the water is still exactly the same, yet I've gotten lots of emails asking about the service. When I go to the SLC app it says the service is closed and there is no way to make any comment or re-request. I would be most appreciative if the service could actually be performed as requested and communicated back. I think SLC is over-relying on AI to do all of this when what we really need is someone in the building making sure things get done and done well. Thank you. John Ryan,, 917-204-9525.

I’ve had a great experience at The Josephine! The leasing office, the management team and support staff have all been very helpful and professional. The building also has excellent amenities, which contributes to a very pleasant experience living here.
