My wife and I really enjoy living in the building. The staff is excellent and really makes our stay as comfortable as possible. The location, amenities, and monthly activities all contribute to an amazing living space. I excluded one star from the rating as I see that as perfection, but there are just a few areas of improvement. While most of those improvements would be nitpicking, the consistency of the building's internet connection would be significant improvement for us personally. We understand outages and maintenance occur periodically, but hours long outages have occurred about seven or so times in the past nine months. All in all, we are very pleased. Thank you very much.

Some good and some very bad. Not having a parking space has taken a major toll on my quality of life. Had I known how bad the parking situation was in this neighborhood (which, yes, was my responsibility) I would have never chosen to live here. Unfortunately, I moved here with almost no advance notice and during a really unfortunate family tragedy. The building should have more parking. That’s it. I am extremely hopeful to have a parking space in the very near future. Beyond that, there are two major issues I have been having. One is with clarity about visitors and unit access. Why am I sending my guests virtual keys if they don’t work for the elevator nor my unit? Is it the concierge responsibility to bring up every visiting guest that doesn’t have a key? No one seems to have uniform questions on things like giving unit access to a housekeeper or other guest. Lastly, the issue I experienced with work orders being closed immediately upon being submitted was really terrible. Very hopeful to not have this issue again if placing a work order in the future, as it would be the fourth time. I did really appreciate Tammy’s phone call and email recently that addressed the work order issue.

We only moved into our apartment a few months ago and unfortunately, the apartment has not held up very well. Lights out, smoke detector batteries dead, molding falling off, and bathroom flooding have surprised us, since we are the first tenants and are motivated in keeping the apartment as new-appearing as possible. The Wifi routinely failing is unacceptable. My friend living at the Jessup told me that her building also uses Whitesky and that it has been out for over a week. I would recommend canceling Whitesky and allowing tenants to chose their own Internet providers.The staff at the Josephine has blown us away -- Ivory, Joe, Aron, Calvin, Cleo, and others whose names I do not know take care of us. We are grateful for them every day! The facilities at the Josephine are also very nice. The cleaning staff and other tenants keep the common spaces very clean and functional. I also have enjoyed meeting neighbors in the building.
