Very enjoyable living here. Staff is courteous and very professional. Amenities especially the pool which sees the sky line is beautiful. Maintenance team is superb along with concierge, leasing team all excellent. Highly recommend Josephine for a wonderful living experience!

We love our apartment and are pleased with the building overall. The staff are very helpful and responsive. The onboarding process can be improved. Specifically, how to coordinate the loading dock and freight elevator (did not know with front desk) on moving day, TV connections (Ethernet), how to dispose of bulk trash, setting up autopay (staff had issues with mine as well), and despite a number of requests prior to move-in, our pantry was not built-out. All that said and done, we are still very happy.
