the main issues were not addressed properly. left a message for a supervisor to call me and as of yet no one has responded

based on the type of clients that are seen at this office I think it's ridiculous how far people are expected to walk to their designated areas. Those guiding you to x-ray need to remember that you're dealing with people that are injured or hurting and I need to slow down and make sure you're OK. The people at the check-in desk as well as the billing desk on the way out, why do you need so many people? There are at least four people sitting around talking about their weekend plans were they've gone to dinner or socializing with patients. I realize they're human and they need to do things like this throughout the day but they were loud and this conversation went on and on and on. This is a place of business respect that the people there most likely aren't feeling the greatest and really don't want to listen to you talk about all the fun things you're doing save it for the break room.I have a healthcare provider myself, this place felt like I was on a factory conveyor belt. Not one time did I feel like anybody was really listening to what I was trying to tell them. More specifically, I was very clear that I wasn't there looking for drugs or surgery. I just wanted to find out why I was having this extreme pain in my knee and my back. This did not happen . I will not be coming back
