we saw Julie Vanhassent and she was very pleasant and really took the time to evaluate my son's knee and review the xrays with us. she was very detailed and was very clear on the plan going forward. we'd definitely see her again if we needed to.

Julia is the best. she explains every single step that she takes. she also listens to all your issues that you have.

Wait was long. 25 min after my appt I was called back. I was told by the medical assistant / nurse that I could likely not ask about a 2nd issue because it would take too long. I thought this was a lousy response, especially since i was starting 25 min after my appointment (which I arrived early for). She then told me that things were running late because of people asking about extra concerns (?). The actual provider (PA) made no mention of the time and addressed all the concerns / questions I had.
