My visit with Julia VanHassent was a very good experience. She was super professional, explained every step of the procedure she was performing on my left knee. I never felt rushed and as a matter of fact I believe she took extra time with me to be sure I understood everything about my condition. Julia is a top notch true professional and I would certainly recommend her to my friends and family.

Your front desk is the first contact customers have with your office. They appeared to be new or only capable of providing memorized answers for standard situations. they had no critical thinking skills. When the manager finally came out, she looked annoyed that she had to leave the comfort of her back desk. This is not a good way to begin your patient experience. The medical team and supporting techs in the back room were wonderful, but I almost walked out and never met them. if you don't want to deal with sick and hurting patients, especially people who e experienced trauma, do not go into healthcare in any way shape or form.
