Generally, I was very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of everyone I saw. The 'waits' in the examining room between seeing different providers (X-ray technician, person bringing forms, etc ) were a tiny bit annoying but not too bad!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. It's a very pleasant office to visit.

My appointment was for 1 P.M.. I got to the office by 12:50 P.M.. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the receptionist had to spend additional time with the patient ahead of me. Julia VanHassant was ready to see me, but since there was only one receptionist on duty and she was taking care of another client, I did not get called to see Julia until 1:10 P.M. Then had to get x-rays and did not actually see her until past 1:20 P.M. I am glad I got to see her instead of taking up a surgeon's time. She is super!
