My 'No' response to the first about getting an appointment as quickly as I needed it was because I had pain in my knee for almost 2 weeks when I called and probably 'needed' the appointment the same day. I was able to get an appointment within two business days which was sooner than I expected. so, if the question asked if I was able to make an appointment as soon or sooner than I expected to be able to, my answer would have been 'Yes'!

Dr Van was very thorough and took the time to completely explain what the issues were, what teh options were and why the direction she recommended. I did not feel like I was on an assembly line for a change
