I needed a crown prep. It took three hours. This is ridiculous. The dentist sees patients every 15 minutes and this is coming from corporate that the dentist sees patients every 15 minutes. This is outrageous. If corporate does not change their policy to see patients every 15 minutes I’m going somewhere else with my family
