Nothing but praise for my almost 2 years using your facility. Good customer service! Always friendly and helpful. Plenty of convenient parking and nice and clean inside.

Great people and service. However, the building is inconvenient for unloading. The doorways do not open wider and the garage doors are always broken or locked. For a storage facility that has 24/7 security footage, it’s ridiculous that carts cannot be utilized outside of office hours and units cannot be accessed past 9pm. Nor can you leave the service entrance if you miss the 10pm(on the dot!) exit curfew without calling the 800 number and climbing the fence to access the keypad in order to get your vehicle out of the gates.

I had my unit for a couple of years. Barely went in but when I did the staff were always friendly. Safe access and always clean.

Helpful staff and good security but with the constant price increases I no longer believe it is worth the cost.
