Great experience with Just Storage. Needed a clean and safe place to store items from my parent’s house and things worked out well. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the area.

It was on a fly my dad and I, whom I'm writing on the behalf of, found Just Storage; and we lucked out! We were moving around a lot, and having a storage like "home-base" in the same town we've always resided in was great. The price was an amazing offer too!! for such space it beats other places I've rented at in CT. But, the staff!!! By goodness they'd considered my father and I with great care, and kept a strong professional attitude to them. I'll always feel welcomed to return; because that's how Linda sent me on my way, with the understanding that if I ever need somewhere to lug my load to, there's a spot with them at Just Storage.

Secure and affordable are the two most important features I look for in storage units. This offered both. The ability to sign up for auto pay also makes it easy.

Started out as “Life Storage” @ $15/month to only receive a letter a couple of months after from “Just Storage” advising of their “take-over” and a mandatory insurance fee of approx. $15 add’l/month on top of my basic fee for a closet space. Wasn’t too happy about that but overall the people are/were great, professional, kind, and nice to work with.
