Storage unit was fine, frequent changes of ownership throughout my time of using it made it a little confusing sometimes if/when I had to speak to someone. Sometimes I would go in person and be unable to locate any staff by phone or on the property and I would have to come back. I also was not great about keeping track of my unit number or the secret code to get in, but that is on me. . Storage unit stories are not usually happy; mine was due to a divorce.The main impression. I have though is how easy and quick it was this week when we cleared it and and it was time to cancel- so fast and easy! A staff member called me after my boyfriend had emptied it.

Always clean. Helpful staff.

We rented because we needed to clear our basement for some work that was being done. Just Storage took over the facility just a few months ago, but they've been great.
