The unit was close to the back door and was clean.

I needed to store my furniture and more until I could find a place to rent. The people I dealt with on the phone and the man (I forgot his name, in Parma Ohio) were very nice and helpf. The unit was very clean and after two years, all looked in good shape.

From researching the website, to visiting the location and signing up for a storage unit it's been so easy and everyone is friendly too. Had the unit about 6 months and every time I went there the place was clean and I felt safe. Decided to make my last pick up the day before my new billing cycle and absolutely no hassles about doing it so close to the billing date. They just removed me and I didn't get billed. Also the person checking me out was super friendly just like the others. I would highly recommend Just Storage, especially the location in Parma Heights, OH!

We needed storage for our daughter’s things until she moved out. The place was perfect with the right size unit. You could come and go as you pleased any time. Great price too! The place was very clean and the office people were very friendly and helpful! We were very happy with our time there.
