The unit was close to the back door and was clean.

I needed to store my furniture and more until I could find a place to rent. The people I dealt with on the phone and the man (I forgot his name, in Parma Ohio) were very nice and helpf. The unit was very clean and after two years, all looked in good shape.

The price was very good for the unit. The lady who took care of me was very professional and curtious. I would highly recommend Just Storage!

I was the 6th person to get a unit when this facility opened. The staff had to work very hard to overcome typical new facility issues with temp heating units and roof leaks. My belongings were always well protected. While there have been staff turn overs there has always been a focus on service. During this period I had both an apartment in this area and a home in Mansfield. The time had come to consolidate all our storage in Mansfield. Thank you for providing an excellent facility.
