I appreciate my time spent with just storage . They’re very professional and understanding to my needs of a storage space . It was always easy to come and go when needed and I knew my property was in good hands . Thank you so much to the 2 ladies working the Richmond Heights location.

Easy process. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. I would advise seeing the place in person prior to booking a unit . It's a big place and depending on what you store you will need to plan ahead to move in

It suited us for what we needed. We only stored 4 pieces of furniture and was only going to keep it in storage for 1 month and we ended up keeping there 9 months. It was a expensive. But it was clean and close to our home.

The team was knowledgeable, professional and patient. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find another storage unit that my family had at that location.

My primary residence is out of State and when I called for questions I was able to talk to a person or my was returned in a timely manner.
