Climate controlled a main plus for me. No unwanted critters or mice ever seen over the 5 years there. . Always felt safe by myself in the well lit hallways. Staff pleasant & helpful when needed. Would utilize this storage area again if ever needed one.

Little difficult when transitionPrice increase was so drastic

There were no issues working with JustStorage.

Sam treated us very well. We left because the rate was getting to high. Then I was late with a payment, and the penalty was 20%. That put me over the edge. I had been a loyal customer at this location for a very long time. So long in fact, as I write this, I can't remember how long. 56 dollar late fee is why I left.

It was easy to reserve a space. Staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
