I picked the storage because of the inside climate control. The inside of the building was always maintained clean and at a comfortable temperature. For the 6 months that I stored my stuff there the back gate was open for minimal 6 weeks. The keypad on the garage as you go in was out of service minimal 5 weeks. This I believe it is a compromise in the security level that I was promised. I know they had other measures as in cameras in place and my lock on my individual door. So a factors for why I purchased: climate control, size of unit, security, location and price. Those are five things and one of the five was compromised over 40% of the time I was there. No letters letting me know of the lack of security. And obviously no refund because of the lack of security.
