The storage unit was clean upon receipt and people were always helpful.

I had a great experience, my customer service on-site was a terrific person named Elizabeth who was filling in from Chicago! She was terrific. I love the fact that I wanted a large unit and they didn’t have one so I was able to get two medium for almost the same price. Also, I love that it was on the ground floor! But I didn’t like was that the rent went up almost 40 to 50% after I’ve been there nine months… Also, there was no covered unloading area in the building, face west with the hot sun and the elements.

Everything was good except I hired and brought some workers to help me remove my storage on a Sunday. When the facility was closed for the first time on a Sunday. Cost me $200!
