I rented a unit here for about two years. My initial experience was excellent. I originally reserved a smaller unit, but when I realized my belongings wouldn't fit, the staff made it incredibly easy to upgrade to a larger 10x12 unit. The process was smooth, and at around $89/month, I felt the pricing was very reasonable.Unfortunately, my experience declined over time. During my rental, I received three separate rent increase notices with very little advance notice and no meaningful explanation. My monthly rent eventually increased to just under $300 for the same unit, which ultimately became the reason I moved out.There was also a long period—around a year after the ownership change—when the side entrances with keypad access were unavailable. Instead of using the entrance closest to my unit, I had to walk through the entire building every time I visited, which was frustrating.My move-out experience left an especially bad impression. We had four people moving items quickly, using the side entrance that had finally reopened. We were nearly finished when an employee looked directly at me as I was pushing a loaded cart toward the exit and closed the door right in front of me without saying a word. I had to stop, reopen it myself, and continue. There was no conversation, no explanation, and he even came back moments later to close it again. Considering I was an active paying customer—my rent was paid through several days beyond my move-out date—I found the interaction unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.This facility started out as a place I would have happily recommended. Unfortunately, between the dramatic rent increases, the long-term access issues, and the disappointing customer service at move-out, I chose to take my business elsewhere.

Set up move in day for the storage and then canceled before I could move in. Tried stopping at the location 3 days straight all different times of the day during active business hours. And nobody there. Closed sign on the door. Wanted to look at units and sizes. Very inconvenient when you do not have anybody in the office to properly ensure customers are simply taken care of, needs and or questions are met. Very dissatisfied and wouldn't recommend you to anyone going forward.

The Just Storage Unit was clean and the process was smooth, both applying for it and leaving it. The autopay method was very helpful. I would recommend using Just Storage!

So easy to rent a unit! Good price for the quality, especially since they are inside and temp. Controlled. Also it is month to month, so when we no longer needed it, it was super easy to cancel
