Got a reasonably priced unit immediately. Unit was accessible anytime. Price of unit increased after about 6 months but still reasonably priced. Ending contract was easy but they don’t prorate if already paid for full month.

I am very happy with Just Storage. The facility is very clean and the climate control is great. Every time I come to get something from my storage unit I feel blessed to have found such a nice place.

The staff I interacted with were all very friendly. The facility was kept very clean and well maintained. I never had any issues while I kept my stuff there. Will come here again if I need to store any of my things.

The facility is clean and the online system to sign up is great.One criticism is the two sets of front doors make it difficult to move items in and out. Legs were finally installed on the interior set of doors, but not the exterior doors. I was moving things by myself and it was frustrating.Another issue was the lack of available carts. On more than one occasion, I had to carry things in and out one box at a time. It took a significant amount of time to walk around looking for a cart only to find that they were being used. I was also not familiar with the layout of the facility, so I wasn’t entirely sure where to look, but with as many units as there are, having only 6-8 carts is woefully inadequate.

The facility was clean and easy to access. My only complaints are that there isn’t a ramp in the pavement by the front doors and some of the other doors around the building were not usable. I also didn’t think there were enough carts and many of them were very small so not useful for large itemsThe increase in price to over double what I was paying is ridiculous but was great motivation to end the rental.

When I originally rented the company was called life storage. And it was changed to just storage about halfway through my rental. I had my unit for a year. Building was always very clean staff was nice. The back door that I was using because it was closest to my storage unit stopped working about three months ago and has not been fixed yet. That was a little bit of a headache to go in and out through the front door and walk through the entire building to get to my unit.
