Well it took two months for them to figure out the issues, they were not good about giving updates, I never was able to get a loaner even though it was all warranty repairs, then I pick it up and it had no gas in it and was dirty inside and out, which it was not when I dropped it off! At least I finally get to drive the jeep I bought in October!

i came in with hot wire missing on solenoid/starter. i told them what was wrong and was told that there had to be a complete electrical diagnosis of the vehicle. They ended up giving me a new starter (the Overland didn't miss it wasn't a problem and suggested I need a new battery. But when I had less than a month old and the problem was they hadn't charged it. They took it out of the truck and charged a battery and of course it worked perfectly. In summary I paid $1200 to have a loose wire repaired when I told the repair of what it was. No one else for my family will never ever come to you folks. This is crooked.

Unfortunately, my service was not great! I reached out on the morning of 12/26 to schedule service for my 23 Wrangler that recently decided to shine a check engine light the night of 12/24. I left a message for service and my call was returned on later that afternoon. The lady who returned my call told me they had availability in the morning on 12/30 and 12/31. I took the 12/30 appointment at 7:30 A.M. I told her that I have a check engine light on, there is an open 68C recall and there is a clicking sound in my dashboard when I adjust the heat up and down. She informed me I would have to drop it off, because it would take some time to make those repairs and for the 68C recall the battery would have to be charged. I asked her if they could give me a ride home and told her where I lived, and she said they should be able to work it out. I will admit I was late and got the dealership on 12/30 around 8:20 A.M. I was politely greeted by Cedric and explained my issue to him. I also added my engines knocks when warmed up and leaks in the cargo area and showed him the area where I think the leak is coming from. Cedric got my vehicle checked in. I asked if they could give me a ride home and I was told they do not provide transportation over 10 miles! I didn’t argue, but I did ask if you can provide a service loaner if you have to keep my vehicle longer than two days. Cedric inform me we should be able to work out something. I called a Lyft and $50.29 later I was home. On 12/31 @ 1:04 PM I called into service to check the status of my vehicle; I was forced to leave a voice mail. At 2:43 PM Cedric returned my call and informed my they have not started on my vehicle. I reminded him he mentioned he would work out transportation for me, he said he needed to talk they the Warranty Admin and she was out today and won’t be back in until 8 A.M. on Jan 2nd. I asked if there was an alternative way to reach her and said he would try. I ask when I would hear back from him, and he mentioned before 5PM. I never received a call from Cedric; however, he claimed on Jan 2, he attempted to call me twice! No call no voicemail, no call. 12/2, the weekend is approaching, and I still have no transportation. I called the dealer several time in the morning and left voicemail. I decided stop by the dealership 2 PM. I ask Cedric what the status of my vehicle was. He grabbed my paperwork and told me “The tech is still trying to figure out the click noise in the dashboard and rattle noise my engine is making". I informed him how long it has been there, and I felt like it want being worked on and asked for my vehicle back. He then stepped around the corner and grabbed my keys and told me it was in the back lot and pointed in the southeast directionm I asked to speak to the Service Manager and explained everything above to him. This manager didn't seem to care one bit, only "we have a lot of people on PTO". When I walked over to my vehicle, it was obvious from the half inch of ice on the windshield, the mileage, fuel and battery range were all the same as when it was dropped off. No reason to lie about the tech is working on it. I don't typically complain, but this service experience sucked! If you have people on PTO, understand your demand and schedule accordingly. If things are not going right, tell the truth "Mr. Franklin, we have not been able to look at your vehicle and don't see it happening this week, can you pick it up so we can reschedule?" Or from a manager perspective, "I am sorry we couldn't get to your vehicle, let's get it rescheduled, what can I do to make it right"? Absolutely no solutions were offered, just sorry and walked off! Oil change & tire rotation on my 392. Left dealership, got groceries at the Meijer. Closing the tailgate and it didn’t sound right. Got home a started checking, lung nuts on the spare tire were not even hand tight ! Disappointed and concerned about what COULD have happened.

Team kept me informed and. Communicated throughout the process. The same cannot be said of other local Chrysler dealers.
