The recent service performed on my vehicle, specifically the tire rotation, was not executed correctly. As a result, the tire was improperly installed, necessitating the vehicle's return to the dealership via tow. This incident led to a week-long delay in receiving my vehicle due to the resulting damage.

Chris was phenomenal as a salesman! I also felt like I got a really good deal with the dealership. This is my fifth wrangler and sixth Jeep I’ve bought from Kahlo and it’s always been a good experience.

I was able to schedule service the next day after going online to Kahlo’s service site. The issue was diagnosed quickly and a part has been ordered. This initial diagnostic service was quick and efficient. I cannot give 5 stars until my issue is fixed.In general, I am upset that my vehicle requires service to begin with. I purchased my alcHEMI SRT Durango brand new off the showroom floor at Kahlo exactly one year ago. My vehicle has only 6,000 miles on it as of the time of this service. The entire Uconnect console is completely dead and unusable. I cannot set hvac controls, activate drive modes, use the backup camera, etc.So, yes, the initial diagnostic service was quick and I appreciate that. But I have no timeline on the replacement part delivery or installation, and I should not be in need of this service after one year and only 6,000 miles.
