Went in for an oil change but the express line was 2+ hours. Ended up needing rear brakes too which they were able to also do in a timely manner.

Everything was great except price. It cost $50 more than last oil change I had done here and I think I was either mid charged or not given the option for semi synthetic. Will not be able to come back if prices that high next time. Just got V8 Yukon serviced at dealer and oil change was $68z

This was the worst customer service I have ever had. If the job of the service advisor is communication, Blake failed in all aspects. Not only was my problem addressed I had no communication unless I initiated the exchange. My car is now fixed and hooking it up to a diagnostic machine was not needed. A simple look under the hood by a real mechanic found the problem.

I am very disappointed that my complaints could not be fixed. I complained that the wiper motor has a whine during motion and can be heard inside the vehicle. I was able to sit in the vehicle with the service advisor and point out the noise. It was deemed that the part is functional and the noise would not be fixed under warranty. I believe that noise is a legitimate customer concern and dissatisfier and should be able to be fixed. Noise, Vibration & Harshness and Squeak & Rattle are major areas that automotive OEMs, suppliers, critics (Consumer Reports, Motor Trend, etc.), and customers pay attention to. Wiper motor whine should not be heard in the vehicle. This is my first vehicle that has had this issue. This includes 5 different Chrysler and Jeep vehicles that I have personally owned since 2015. I also had a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L loaner from a different dealership and it did not have the issue.Here is an additional item that I did not like. I made a 7:30am appointment and dropped off the vehicle. I did not hear about the status and I had to reach out to the dealership twice in the afternoon (3:50 and 5:30) to get an update on my vehicle. I found out it was not looked at and it may take up to 2 additional days to be looked at. What’s the purpose of the appointment?
