The exeperience once I was linked with Cedric was wonderful. The days leading up to that were not a great experience. It took 14 calls over 2.5 days to finally reach someone and I even had to stop in. An update to the phone system and policy would be beneficial to enhance customer experience. If it would not have been for Cedric this would have been a 1 * review.

My appointment was scheduled at 8:45am and the main reason was a check engine light diagnostic. I dropped it off the afternoon before and was told I would have an update on the diagnostic with a couple hours of the appointment. At noon the day of the appoint I had to text and ask for an update at which point I was told it hadn't gotten to the tech yet. At 4pm I texted again and there was no update. The link I was given never indicated that the diagnostic ever started. Day 1 passed. Day 2 started at at 10am there was still no update. At 11am the diagnostic started. I was given the estimate around Noon. It felt really high. I took the services and called a few other shops and all indicated 1/2 the total price. I declined all services and took it somewhere else. The price is not why I gave you 1 star. I gave 1 star because its ridiculous to take 1.5 days to run a 1-2 hour diagnostic. I am confident based on the service link that my Jeep was never even looked at during day 1. And that was never admitted to me and only if I pushed did I get an "update".

We were very disappointed that Nina wouldn't match the per tire pricing and 4th for 1 penny. We have always received that in the past. We may not be your largest customer but we have been loyal customer for 30+ years. We have sent 2 daughters to you to purchase vehicles and they also have all their service done at Kahlo.

I bought this car from Kahlo 6 months ago and it already has been in the shop for 4 various electrical issues. The most recent was brake failure that put my son and me at risk on the road. I was then quoted nearly $2000 for repairs “to start.” Quote arrived via a link in a text message and I was unable to get an advisor on the phone. I had to speak with the general manager then the service manager to get explanation. Really I think Kahlo should buy back this car because it’s failed me frequently.

Coming in for an oil change early in the morning and waiting 2 hours, seemed excessive, especially with what seemed like manual cars coming in before and after.
