Chris was phenomenal as a salesman! I also felt like I got a really good deal with the dealership. This is my fifth wrangler and sixth Jeep I’ve bought from Kahlo and it’s always been a good experience.

I was able to schedule service the next day after going online to Kahlo’s service site. The issue was diagnosed quickly and a part has been ordered. This initial diagnostic service was quick and efficient. I cannot give 5 stars until my issue is fixed.In general, I am upset that my vehicle requires service to begin with. I purchased my alcHEMI SRT Durango brand new off the showroom floor at Kahlo exactly one year ago. My vehicle has only 6,000 miles on it as of the time of this service. The entire Uconnect console is completely dead and unusable. I cannot set hvac controls, activate drive modes, use the backup camera, etc.So, yes, the initial diagnostic service was quick and I appreciate that. But I have no timeline on the replacement part delivery or installation, and I should not be in need of this service after one year and only 6,000 miles.

Well it took two months for them to figure out the issues, they were not good about giving updates, I never was able to get a loaner even though it was all warranty repairs, then I pick it up and it had no gas in it and was dirty inside and out, which it was not when I dropped it off! At least I finally get to drive the jeep I bought in October!
