We had several communication issues including inaccurate and unresponsive. Service center did not answer any calls and they always went to voicemail. At the end, we paid for an expensive repair and it did not resolve the issue the vehicle was brought in for.

Process went smoothly as you would expect. The staff were more than competent and friendly. On top of everything and we’re up front with pricing and what was needed. I enjoyed both porters Lee Roy and I didn’t get the name of the other fellow. Such a nice set of conversations, it made me want to apply to be a fellow porter. Seriously. So yeah, was more than happy with the experience. Thanks.

Appreciated early call confirming what was needed for my vehicle. After diagnosis and plan was approved, I was VERY happy to receive call advising parts were obtained much faster and vehicle repairs were completed that afternoon.

Fast friendly oil change service. Spark plugs promo seemed a bit deceiving, but service representative was upfront about actual pricing.

The exeperience once I was linked with Cedric was wonderful. The days leading up to that were not a great experience. It took 14 calls over 2.5 days to finally reach someone and I even had to stop in. An update to the phone system and policy would be beneficial to enhance customer experience. If it would not have been for Cedric this would have been a 1 * review.
