The response to my request was too slow. It took two requests before I finally received a reply. However, the person who handled it was very kind and professional. I'm satisfied with everything except the response time.

Very nice property with great amenities. Quiet building with ample parking for you and guests. If you are looking for a new apartment in the Southbay with a good a location I would recommend this complex to call home.

Absolutely amazing place and a great location. Eric was fantastic and took a good amount of time to tour my daughter and I around this welcoming property. The amount and quality of on-site amenities make it worth the higher rent compared to other apartment communities in Torrance. Hands down, this is where I am going if my living situation requires a short term stay. JMH

I’m satisfied because they responded right after I made the request. However, it would have been even better if they had informed me of their arrival time in advance. I was a bit surprised because they showed up without notice.
