When I moved in, I was having trouble with water leaking from the bathtub cover.

The unit listed on website with option to book in-person tour was not vacated for touring. It ended up being a complete waste of my time. Lauren was unnecessarily dishonest with me when showing me floor plans, which left me apprehensive about leasing here. I had a better prior experience touring the unit with a different staff member.

The maintenance staff are always very helpful and quick to respond.

our guide was willing to accommodate us as we just dropped by. the tour was wonderful and our guide was incredibly knowledgeable!

Thanks to your quick response, I could open my fiber internet service in my unit within a day. Much appreciated.

Did a great job.

Lupe was very courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you for accommodating my needs.

Very prompt and perfect work done

Scheduling maintenance timing took time, but working performance was really good.
