Very nice property with great amenities. Quiet building with ample parking for you and guests. If you are looking for a new apartment in the Southbay with a good a location I would recommend this complex to call home.

We lived at KAIA for three years and overall had a positive experience during most of our time there. The on-site staff was always friendly, responsive, and helpful, and we appreciated the amenities and modern feel of the building.However, in our final year, we began noticing some concerning security issues that made our experience less enjoyable. There were multiple instances of unauthorized individuals gaining access to residential floors and knocking on doors, one attempted break-in at our unit in the middle of the night (which required a police call), and finally, our car—along with several others—was broken into while parked in the visitor lot overnight. We were extremely disappointed to learn that there was no security camera footage available to assist with the investigation.Given these incidents, it would have been appropriate for management to offer some form of concession, especially since we were reliable tenants who always paid rent on time. Unfortunately, the property management company’s response fell short.KAIA markets itself as a secure, high-end property with top-tier amenities, but our experience in the last year did not reflect that. We truly enjoyed living there for the most part, but we hope management takes resident safety more seriously moving forward.
