Absolutely amazing place and a great location. Eric was fantastic and took a good amount of time to tour my daughter and I around this welcoming property. The amount and quality of on-site amenities make it worth the higher rent compared to other apartment communities in Torrance. Hands down, this is where I am going if my living situation requires a short term stay. JMH

I’m satisfied because they responded right after I made the request.However, it would have been even better if they had informed me of their arrival time in advance.I was a bit surprised because they showed up without notice.

I wish the floors in the bedrooms could be the same as the floors in the living room because carpet is difficult to clean and ugly
