I was un able to get clear pictures beacuse it was dark outside when I moved out. This was a great experience. I do wish the main bathroom sink and tub were repaired better, as the paint kept chipping a few months after being finished. And I wish the leaking watering the bathroom tub was completed sooner. I had a very expensive water bill for November and December 2024 due to the inability to shut the water off in the tub. Maintenance said that they were able to come after Christmas. In which, thats when the did fix it.

Easy access to the portal for any inquiries regarding maintenance request,making payments also very helpful calling a live agent the answer in a timely matter if the portal didn’t have the answer. And a great guiding emails would move in and move out.

Follow up with the techs to ensure they made repairs. I thought they were supposed to submit CORRECTED issues with pictures?
