I was having an issue with the online portal loading which had me waiting to put in my request. I was unable to add a request over the phone and even sent an email. No one contacted me. I was stuck in my garage for about 36 hours.

Maintenance said they couldn’t fix my problem and I needed to call somebody else. Also tried to tell me I had to pay the bill for the water leak.

I had a great experience living at kairos living. House was beautiful nice view with a pond beautiful neighborhood friendly neighbors. I would rent from them again. Thanks for everything best landlords ever.
