That the devise was toggling on and offline for over a month and an half and we were never knew or were contacted. The door was still functioning when it was connected. The noise still indicated the door locked. Not until the batteries died and noise stopped did we realize an issue. Other parties had reports and dates of offline activity but chose not to share it with us/the tenants.

That they sent someone that couldn’t even fix my problem. Now I’m waiting on a certified electrician to come back out. It’s been a few days and haven’t hear any word yet!!
