I was out of town when I applied and they called me the same day with the approval and the instructions on how to move forward. Within 24hrs I signed a lease to my new home and was overly excited. The process was very smooth and the fact they were available on a Saturday worked even better for me! Definitely will be recommending this company!

The whole process went smooth and well. I was approved and called within 30 minutes, lease signed within an hour. My agent was very helpful and informative and I cannot thank her and Kairos living enough!
