I can't think of anything I was not pleased with

If people are going to walk into your house on a rainy day they should either remove their shoes, or bring something to cover them or pay for someone to come clean your floors and carpet. Not taking shoes off in a home is disgusting. I wasn’t home and my mom who was there didn’t feel comfortable asking them to remove their shoes but it shouldn’t have to be asked
