I'm sure maintenance of homes is a vital part of keeping up Kairos reputation, and by this survey you must already be doing everything possible for quality control. Think every tenant has to decide for themselves if renting from a company as big as Kairos is worth it. Sometimes a personal touch can go a long way, when you have an unfortunate circumstance in a home.
