It took 2 weeks for the entire process. Fortunately the first week or so it wasn't scorching hot and the temperature was tolerable. But is was starting to get hot and there aren't any ceiling fans or windows screens in the home for air circulation. It would be nice to have either option without an additional expense. I feel that in times when the HVAC system is down, then the option of opening a window or having a ceiling should be available. This is the first home I have rented that didn't have window screens and/or a ceiling fan for ventilation/circulation of air in the home.

Getting access to the property and the a/c

The process was relatively smooth. Accessing the home via code was very easy and allowed flexibility on arrival time.

Getting the code for the home worked perfectly. The house was already move in ready so we didn’t have to do anything before moving out belongings in.
