The date was scheduled for the next morning. I don’t hear from anyone that morning at all. They reached back out late afternoon via text to reschedule. So the first line of communication was not so good

All was good.

Higher contractors that speak English because the Spanish contractors seem to take advantage and I’m only saying that because I’ve only had 1000 maintenance request and the ones that were Spanish or Latino really didn’t want to do a lot of work or it was a hassle, and I had to constantly nag them or they don’t speak English, and I have to speak to them in Spanish, which I don’t mind either but I feel like you guys get your moneys worth when you hire actual contractors that have at least have a reputation.
