Start to finish loved self guided tour

The communication between the local representatives and the Chicago office needs to be more cohesive.

Sending a plumber that actually knows and understands the issues and nature of phorid flies. A plumber that can determine if there is a leak under ground or issue with sewage. This is a health issue and I can not take living with these nasty pests. I also need handyman to repair holes and cracks in foundation/stucco that may serve as entry points. Along with a properly sealed front door.

My fiancé and I did a self tour on April 8 and we were signing the lease on April 9. It was the easiest leasing experience ever and we are looking forward to moving into our new home next month.

The overall experience has been very good.

The process as a whole was great
