Maintenance said they couldn’t fix my problem and I needed to call somebody else. Also tried to tell me I had to pay the bill for the water leak.

I had a great experience living at kairos living. House was beautiful nice view with a pond beautiful neighborhood friendly neighbors. I would rent from them again. Thanks for everything best landlords ever.

A week passed before a technician was scheduled. Another week passed before an appointment aligned. During this time, I was unable to use my primary bathroom and shower. The issue left an unbearable stench throughout the second floor for the duration of this time frame.
