It was an easy and convenient renewal process. I just will prefer the monthly rent to be reduced if I sign for more than 2 yrs. Normally the longer a lease is renewed there's a lower monthly rate. That would be greatly appreciated, and I would renew for several years before I love the area, the neighborhood and the home is in our school district. I do appreciate the first month being reduced, but being a single mother, I would prefer to have the discount through the year.

I was without heat or air for 12 days, the 1st guy Joe was very unprofessional and disrespectful. It took way too long for Kairos to fix the issue. I call times sent 3 emails before anything was done.

We were without heat during a freeze watch for over 5 days
