It was easy, I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the home, we are having to personally hire someone to clean it before moving anything in.

The entire process was easy! A leasing agent got in touch right away, and explained everything so well. It was a very enjoyable moment hearing that I was approved to move in to one of your homes and taking care of everything in order to get in was easy! I appreciate the communication from Kairos leasing! They really know how to make you feel welcomed.

my fridge wasn’t making water and ice when I moved in. When I asked if they would fix it they said yes. A couple days later they declined the maintenance request.
