The communication between myself and the Kairos staff went well. Everything was explained to me. Jacent and Gabriel went over and beyond to make sure everything went well.

Very refreshing experience, was so nice not to have to jump through hoops to renew my lease!

The renewal process was surprisingly easy. The agents didn’t push anything on us, but they made sure we understood all our options. The price increase wasn’t bad either. We actually weren’t planning to renew at first, but after looking everything over, renewing made the most sense. Kairos made the decision simple.

It would be helpful if there were an app for residents to use to communicate with the administration.
